OEB "Over Easy Breakfast" Yaletown was established in Calgary and opened its first location in Vancouver ten years later in May 2019. This farm-to-table breakfast spot has become a new favourite for innovative spins on breakfast classics. The new franchise incorporates unique designs that reflect its’ surrounding community. Peregrine worked closely with the OEB team to execute the fresh look located at 1137 Marinaside Avenue. Peregrines millwork package included; table tops, powder-coated railing and table frames, bar shelving displays, booths, white oak host station, and wall panelling. Some finishing touches to finalize an open and bright look - egg light finishes and a moss green wall. We also had some help from Caesarstone Canada and their beautiful countertops.
