Our millwork package features the host, waiter, and serving stations, the bar, back bar, and sushi bar, kitchen passthrough, rotunda, wine cellar, corridor and private dining room with wood and metal panels, solid hemlock wood slats, washroom corridor wood panels, and integrated doors. The finishings feature querkus oak veneer panels by Decospan throughout. A significant portion of Marilena’s menu pays homage to seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, supporting Vancouver Island’s fisheries and farmers.
