Throughout this project, Peregrine worked closely with Hy's Steakhouse & Cocktail Bar design team to help modernize one of the original locations in Vancouver while keeping true to their tradition of opulent steakhouse décor. Our millwork expertise was essential to achieving the high-end quality that Hy's is known for - defining the steakhouse experience in Canada for over 60 years. The finished design stayed true to the initial feel, and we are ecstatic to have provided lasting value and construction experience for our clients.
